IntroductionThe Arts and Cultural Education Programme (ACEP) was first launched in 2002 and is an educational endeavour at the cutting edge of the University’s vision of whole person education. In order to eliminate the interference from external motives such as the “stick” (punishment) and “carrot” (reward), all courses in this programme are non-credit bearing. The programme consists of a collection of workshops series on arts, social, cultural, creative thinking, and various aspects of personal development. The programme seeks to help students grow as Whole Person, by providing opportunities to develop various generic skills and the 7 HKBU Graduate Attributes (GAs). How to Register?Application forms for ACEP courses are available below or at Centre for Holistic Teaching and Learning (CHTL) office. HKBU full-time students can register courses and pay the refundable deposit* in person at the CHTL office on or before 23 September, 2016. Application form: Office address: Opening hour for application: * HKD 100 per course. The deposit will be refunded to students upon their successful completion of the course(s). Students who achieve 80% attendance and submit Learning ePortfolio will meet the requirement of successful completion.
