At Hong Kong Baptist University, we aim to educate our students into Whole Persons. This is operationalised into Graduate Attributes that you should attained by the time you graduate from HKBU |
Whole Person Education @HKBUAt HKBU, students will learn how to be responsible global citizens of the 21st century; you will take care of your body, mind as well as soul; and you will become aware of your own culture and heritage, and respect those of the others. We will also provide the opportunity for students to meet lots of different people with diverse interests and talents so that you will know how to interact and work with others collaboratively. A university-wide competition was held at the start of the 2011-2012 academic year in search of the best ideas to help the university community remember the 7 HKBU Graduate Attributes and how you represent WPE@HKBU. This website showcases the 4 winning entries which are now generally adopted by the University. An education at HKBU aims at developing all aspects of the whole person.
