What is QuestionPro?
QuestionPro is Web-based survey software available for use by all HKBU Faculty, Students and Staff to support teaching and research at HKBU. Surveys can be created and distributed by anyone with a HKBU account.

How can I use QuestionPro?
Use of QuestionPro software requires a HKBU account login and password.

How do I get a QuestionPro account?
Anyone with a HKBU account can create a QuestionPro account. To log in to QuestionPro once the account has been created, use your HKBU account login and password.

What if I have questions about QuestionPro?

1. If you are experiencing access problems (not able to create an account or not able to login to QuestionPro), please contact your University support representative.
2. Most questions can be answered by going to QuestionPro Online Training or QuestionPro Help Center. The QuestionPro website offers an extensive set of online resources.
3. Contact QuestionPro using e-mail.

Note:

1. Unauthorized access or misuse of computer resources or disclosure of sensitive information may result in disciplinary or legal action. Read Hong Kong Baptist University's Privacy Policy.
2. For the data privacy concern, in each survey the user should add the following disclaimer:
   

   Your responses and related data collected by this survey will be used to generate statistics and reports for analysis and research. Please be assured that your personal identity will be kept confidential and the results will not be made available in a form which identifies you.

For security reasons, please logout and close your web browser once you have finished your session.
