QuestionPro Workshop Series
Introduction
The University has recently subscribed to a new online survey tool called QuestionPro. It is a survey tool that provides features similar to Qualtrics but with a different interface. After careful consideration the University’s e-Learning Committee endorsed the adoption of QuestionPro in March, and the subscription will begin in June 2022. Colleagues and students are invited to explore and try out its features in parallel with the current Qualtrics survey system (note that the Qualtrics subscription will expire on 31 December 2022).

Given that the University-wide subscription to Qualtrics will be discontinued after the end of December 2022, we would strongly advise users to start using QuestionPro before the commencement of the first semester of AY2022/23. This will minimize the potential risk of losing data and prepare you for a smooth transition from Qualtrics to QuestionPro.
For on-going online surveys, you are advised to migrate projects from Qualtrics to QuestionPro at your earliest convenience.
To facilitate users getting started with QuestionPro as soon as possible, a series of workshops will be arranged and conducted by the vendor with the following training schedule in June.

Abstract:
QuestionPro enables faculty, staff and students to create and conduct unlimited surveys for university-related academic or administrative purposes. The tool offers a range of features to create web forms, conduct offline research studies, collect and analyze data, and more. It supports in-depth analysis and allows data to be exported.
In this online workshop, colleagues from QuestionPro will demonstrate on Survey Design and Creation from Standard to Advanced Question Types such as:
- Survey Design and Creation
- Standard and Advanced Question Types
- Survey Sharing and Collaboration
- Logic and Survey Flows
- Randomization and Blocks
- Survey Timer, Respondent Anonymity Assurance
By the end of this workshop, you should be able to:
- Create different survey types with QuestionPro;
- Identify different survey flows with QuestionPro.

Abstract:
QuestionPro supports various ways to distribute surveys. You can send surveys using Email and SMS. The Email editor is an HTML compatible editor which allows users to customize the entire email template with Images, embedding questions on the email, and also using data variables like First Name, Last Name etc from a respondent list. In this online workshop, colleagues from QuestionPro will demonstrate the following survey distribution methods:
- Survey Distribution Options
- Managing Respondent Lists
- Custom Variables in Surveys
- Email Templates, Reminders and Rewards
- QuestionPro Offline App
- QuestionPro Audience
By the end of this workshop, you should be able to:
- Identify different ways to distribute surveys;
- Send surveys with different methods.

About the Series:
QuestionPro provides a real-time dashboard for your survey. As soon as you start collecting responses, real-time data with analysis is available on the survey dashboard.
Also we can seamlessly migrate all Surveys and Data from Qualtrics to QuestionPro with the Qualtrics Migration Tool. In this online workshop, colleagues from QuestionPro will walk us through the following topics:
