This workshop presents an AI-powered system developed in a project at Hong Kong Baptist University to enhance experiential and reflective learning. Using the "NiCoach.ai" app as a foundation to inspire adaptation and innovation, we will demonstrate how artificial intelligence can be integrated into educational practice. Participants will be able to: 1) Use the tool from a student’s perspective to experience authentic learning activities and structured reflection, uncovering insights into their learning journey and personal development, 2) Understand how teachers can supervise and support student reflections, providing tailored feedback and learning scaffolds, and 3) Learn how teachers or departments can customize chatbots and agents within the system to enrich student engagement. Built on Microsoft Azure and delivered as a progressive web application, the system is accessible on mobile devices, allowing students to participate in learning activities anytime, anywhere. The workshop includes hands-on demonstrations and interactive discussions, showcasing how AI-driven tools can deepen experiential learning and reflective practice for both students and educators.
