Co-hosted by The United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia and the Centre of Holistic Teaching and Learning (CHTL) of Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), “International Conference on Teaching with AI: Challenges, Opportunities and Strategies” will be held in Hong Kong on 2 June 2023. We warmly invite researchers, scholars, teachers, and students to take part in this conference to share your views on the use of AI-powered tools in higher education. The conference will comprise keynote speeches, panel discussions, and paper and poster presentations from around the world to explore the latest developments in AI and its application and emergent issues in higher education. We hope this conference will shed some light on ideas to pursue, apply and enrich our new intelligent education sphere.
We invite proposals from individuals and teams with an interest in AI and higher education. We are particularly interested in proposals that address the following topics, but are not limited to:
We encourage proposals from a diverse range of fields, including computer science, data science, information system, education, psychology, social sciences, to name a few. The speakers will have 15 minutes for their presentations, followed by a 5-minute Q& A. Poster presenters will have the opportunity to showcase their work during a dedicated poster session.
To submit a proposal, please register and prepare an abstract of no more than 300 words to the submission link provided in your registration confirmation email by 30 April 2023.
We will notify all speakers and poster presenters of their acceptance status by 5 May 2023.
